It’s no secret I struggle with organization. With kids and dogs and life there’s just not much time for meal prepping and planning. That’s why I gravitate towards anything to make life easier. You’ve probably seen the meme about coming up with dinners every night for the rest of your life. 😂 I laughed (and then I cried) when I saw it. So true.
I came up with these 4 meal prep guides to hopefully make life a little easier. I know it helps me to have something easy to follow and foolproof. The first part of each meal plan is a grocery list. All you have to do to start is add to cart for grocery pickup. Easy, right? The part I dread is prepping these so I normally put it off, but with the groceries in my house I have no choice. Let’s do this!
The next step I include in these is a bag by bag (or pan) list of what to throw in and how with as much detail as possible. No worrying about recipes yet! Still easy, yes? You totally got this! Promise this takes the minimum amount of time possible and when you’re pulling these out of the freezer you will thank yourself.
I include recipes in case you want to reference any on their own or remake something later. I also include instructions for day of cooking you can easily reference the day you decide to cook these.
