Hibachi Restaurant Copycat Ginger Dressing

I’m a tiny bit, but not really, embarrassed to say that I would quite literally *drink* the leftover dressing of my salad at a hibachi restaurant. That delicious, orange, gingery delicious magic atop rather boring lettuce.

I’m excited to share that I’ve found the perfect copycat concoction and I’m here to share it with you, beautiful friends.

Ingredients:

A little less than a cup of carrots. If we are being exact, 7 ounces, or 3 baby carrots less than 1 full cup 😜

1/2 cup of white onion

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup rice vinegar

3/4 cup vegetable oil

2 heaping tbsp ginger paste

3/4 tbsp sugar

1/2 tsp salt

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and make the magic happen. 👌🎉

You can tweak this based on your preferences. I prefer extra ginger and carrots. Make it perfect for you!

Making it up as I go,

Monica ❤
